Members with the Admin or Manager role have a Reporting section on their profile. Its single setting, Reporting Access, decides what they can do with the company’s saved reports:
- No Access — the member cannot open the reporting area.
- View Reports — the member can open and read any of the company’s reports.
- Create and Edit Reports — the member can also create, change, and delete reports.
Only an Admin can change this setting; a Manager sees the level but cannot edit it. Until an Admin sets a level explicitly, Admins are treated as Create and Edit Reports and Managers as No Access, so reporting for a manager is a deliberate grant rather than a default.
Note: Reports belong to the company, not to the person who created them—access is decided by this level alone, and lowering someone’s level does not delete the reports they made.
