Use Import Data → Routes to build service routes — which technician visits which property on which day, and in what order. Properties must exist first (import them, then export them to get their IDs). Sample file: sample-routes-import.csv.
Columns, in order:
- Tech — the technician’s team member display name. The person must hold the Technician role.
-
Day — the full English day name:
Monday…Sunday. - Stop Num. — the stop order for that technician’s day, starting at 1.
- Prop ID — the property’s ID from the Properties export.
- BOW Name — for reference only.
- Property Tags — semicolon-separated tags to add to the property (created if missing).
- Address — for reference only.
How PSS treats each row:
- If the property has no stop on that day yet, a new stop is added to that technician’s route at the given stop number.
- If the property already has a stop on that day with the same technician, only the stop number is updated (the stop is reordered).
- If the property already has a stop on that day with a different technician, the stop is moved to the new technician at the given position.
The Routes import has no ID* column and cannot delete stops — remove stops from the Routes screen (Section 2).
