Clients
Downloads immediately. One row per client, in the same layout the Clients import expects (see 18.4): ID*, FirstName, LastName, DisplayName, Email, Phone, Mobile, Fax, Address, City, State, Zip, Country, CompanyName, Active, AutoPay, AutoPayType, SendInvoicePdf, Online Processing Fee, Notes, ClientType, then QBODepartment and QBOTaxCode when QuickBooks Online is connected, and InvoiceReminders. The Notes column joins all of the client’s notes, newest first, separated by |.
Client Payment Info
Downloads immediately. One row per saved card (clients without a card get one row with the card columns blank): Client, Is AutoPay, Brand, Name on Card, Last 4 Digits, Exp. Month, Exp. Year, CVC Check. Card details are read live from your Stripe account, so this export can take a moment for a large client list. Full card numbers are never stored or exported.
Properties
Opens the Export Properties (CSV) dialog. Leave every filter empty to export all properties.
- Clients — type at least two letters to search; select one or more.
- Client Status — All / Active / Inactive.
- Property Status — All / Active / Paused / Inactive.
- Property Type — one or more types.
- Route Assignment — All / Assigned to a route / Unassigned (no route).
- Job Assignment — All / Has open job(s) / No open jobs.
- Recurring Invoice — All / Client has a recurring invoice / Client has no recurring invoice. This filter is based on the property’s client, because recurring invoices are set per client, not per property.
Columns match the Properties import layout (see 18.5), plus three read-only columns at the end: Techs (Service Routes) (technicians whose service routes include the property), Techs (Open Jobs) and Status (Active/Inactive).
