Both Payroll Daily and Payroll by Type open with the same reminder: Make sure to configure per visit pay data in the Team section or Property form. The pay data configured in the Property form takes priority over the Team section. Each technician’s pay per visit comes from the Team member’s payroll settings by property type, unless the property itself has Is Tech Pay turned on, in which case the property’s amount wins.
Payroll Daily
Filters: Start Date / End Date (up to 40 days). One row per technician with one column per day in the range (Mon Sep 1, Tue Sep 2, …), then Visit Count, Off Schedule Visit Count, Off Schedule Amount and Grand Total. Each day’s amount is the sum of pay for that technician’s non-skipped service route visits on that day plus pay for jobs marked Done that day with tech pay enabled.
Payroll by Type
Filters: Start Date / End Date (up to 90 days). One row per technician with a visit count and pay total per property type: Residential Count, Residential Total, Commercial Count, Commercial Total, Management Count, Management Total, Vacation Count, Vacation Total, Bank Owned Count, Bank Owned Total, Grand Total.
Tech Pay Detailed
Filters: Start Date / End Date (up to 90 days), Technician, Client, Property Type (each leave empty to export all). One row per paid piece of work — service route visits and completed jobs — so you can audit exactly what makes up a technician’s total: Work Type (Service Route / Job), Date and Time, Tech, Client, BOW Name, Property Type, Address, Pool Volume, Surface Type, Monthly Revenue, Tech Pay.
