Routes
Downloads immediately. One row per service route stop, in the Routes import layout (see 18.6) plus reference columns: Tech, Day, Stop Num., Prop ID, BOW Name, Property Tags, Address, City, State, Zip, Tech Notes, Client, Client email, Type, Recurring Tech Pay (the per-visit pay amount, with percentage modes already converted to money), Start Date. Because the first seven columns are the import layout, you can export, reassign stops in a spreadsheet and import the file back.
Jobs Summary
Opens Export Jobs Summary — One row per job with its key details, amounts, taxes and tags. Line items and scheduling details are not included.
- Filter Date By — Created Date or Start Date; Start Date / End Date (up to 366 days).
- Status — All Jobs, Open Jobs, Closed Jobs, or a single status: Draft, Requested, Scheduled, Missed, Done, Cancelled.
- Job Type, Clients, Properties (available once exactly one client is selected), Tags, Assigned Technician.
- Created By — who created the job; useful for commissions on jobs a technician brought in.
Columns: Job ID, Subject, Status, Job Type, Schedule Type (Single Day / Multi-Day), Client, Property, Property Address, Assigned Tech, Start Date, End Date, Created Date, Created By, Subtotal, Discount %, Discount Amount, Deposit %, Deposit Amount, Tax 1 Rate %, Tax 1 Amount, Tax 2 Rate %, Tax 2 Amount, Total, Tags, Invoice #, Invoice Status, Client Approved (Waiting / Approved / Disapproved), Manager Approved, Quote Expiration Date.
