The portal has eight sections. You decide which of them your clients actually see.
- Home — a welcome page you design, with your logo, an intro message, an optional video, your contact details and social links, plus the client’s balance, upcoming jobs and recent visits.
- Invoices — every invoice, with status, a PDF download, and a Pay button.
- Payments — a history of payments made, with a CSV export.
- Payment Methods — saved credit cards and bank accounts (ACH), plus Autopay signup.
- Service History — completed service visits, with readings, chemicals added and photos.
- Jobs — upcoming and completed jobs and quotes, which the client can approve or deny online.
- Properties — the properties you service for that client, with equipment details.
- Work Requests — the client submits a request (with photos or files) and tracks it.
Note: Turning Work Requests on also switches on the matching Work Requests page in the PSS web app, where your office answers those requests. While the Client Portal module is off, that sidebar entry shows a padlock; opening it shows a card headed Work Request is part of the Client Portal module with a Go to Subscriptions button instead of the list (21.12).
