Visit Detailed
Opens Export Visits Data — Choose visits date range to export (readings, dosages, checklists and LSI calculations are included). Filters: Clients and Start Date / End Date (up to 180 days). One row per service route visit.
Fixed columns: Client, Client Email, Mobile Phone, Property Tags, BOW Name, Address, City, State, Tech, Tech Pay Amount, Start DateTime, Finish DateTime, Minutes Onsite, Skipped Visit?, Skipped Reason, LSI, Dosage Costs, Comments. After these, one column for every reading, dosage and checklist item enabled in your visit configuration (checklist items are YES/NO), so the exact columns depend on your account.
Dosage Costs / Pool Volume
Opens Export Dosage Costs Per Pool Volume — Export dosage costs for each property per pool volume unit. Filters: Clients, Per Pool Volume (required, default 10,000 — in gallons or liters depending on your account), Technicians, Start Date / End Date (required, up to 45 days) and Cost Breakdown (Weekly or Monthly). One row per property: Client Name, BOW Name, Address, City, one column per week or month in the range, and Average Cost Per <volume> <unit>. It normalizes chemical spend by pool size, so a 30,000-gallon pool and a 10,000-gallon pool can be compared fairly.
Dosage Invoicing
Opens Export Dosage Invoicing — Export dosage usage for the chosen date range. Each row includes quantity applied, the company’s chemical cost, and the would-be invoicing amount based on linked catalog items.
- Start Date / End Date — required; Max date range is 45 days.
- Sources — Include job visit dosages and Include route visit dosages, both on by default; at least one is required.
- Display Mode — Grouped (one row per Client × Property × Dosage with totals across the range, contributing service dates listed in a separate column) or Detailed (one row per Client × Property × Dosage × Service Date).
- Clients, Technicians — leave empty for all.
Columns: Client Name, Property Name, Property Address, Dosage, Unit, Service Date(s), Total Quantity, Total Cost (currency), Catalog Item, Total Invoicing Amount (currency), Sources, Date Range, Technician(s). The invoicing amount comes from the catalog item linked to each dosage in your Dosages view, so unlinked dosages show a cost but no invoicing amount.
Checklist Last Times
Opens Export Checklist Last Times: Start Date / End Date (up to 270 days). One row per property with the date each built-in checklist task was last done within the range: Client, Client Status, Route Assignments, Bow Name, Property Tags, Address, City, State, then Used Stabilizer, Used Salt, Cleaned Filters, Backwashed Filters, Emptied Baskets, Pool Vacuumed, Skimmed Surface, Brushed Pool, Emptied Leaf Catcher, Used Pool/Spa Minerals, Used Borax, Used Blower, Cleaned Salt Cells, Serviced Automatic Cleaner, Diluted Water, Cleaned Tiles, Checked Chemicals, Adjusted Chemicals, Used Stain Remover. - Clients; Status — No filter / Active / Inactive / Both (client status); Property Types; Tags (tags on the property).
- Include the following — three checkboxes, all on by default: Include visits with the built-in Filter Cleaned checklist item as checked, Include jobs tagged with the built-in Filter Cleaning tag, Include jobs with the built-in Filter Cleaning job type. Extra items are the products and services added to a visit on top of the regular service. Columns: Client, Address, City, Type, Name, Description, Quantity, Rate, Amount, Status, Invoice ID, Added On, Added By.
