Downloads immediately, in the Catalog import layout (see 18.7): Vendor, Item Type, Name, Description, Quantity, Unit Price, Is Taxed, Is Track Inventory, Inventory Count, Unit Cost, Item Number. Export, edit prices in a spreadsheet, and import the file back to update every item at once.
Shopping List
Opens Export Shopping List: Start Date / End Date (up to 180 days) and Status — Open Shopping List (new and purchased items) or All Shopping List. Columns: Status, Status Date, Catalog Item, Item Description, Client, Property Address, Assigned To, Next Service, Quantity, Unit Price, Item Amount, Tech Pay Amount, Notes, Attach To, Attached Job, Invoice ID, Created Date, Created By, Modified Date, Modified By.
