Columns
By default the table shows these columns:
- First Name and Last Name — the contact’s name.
- Phone Number and Email — how to reach them.
- Client Type — the type the prospect would be set up as (for example Residential or Commercial), from the same list used for clients (section 1).
- Lead Status — where the lead is in your pipeline, shown as a coloured badge (see 16.5).
- Lead Source — the marketing channel that produced the lead.
- Client — empty until the lead is converted; then a green tick and the name of the client created from it.
- Created On — the date and time the lead was added, in your company’s time zone.
Click the column picker (the list icon to the right of the search box, tooltip Choose columns) to add Company Name, Address, Notes or Modified On, or to hide columns you do not need. Your choice is remembered.
Click the chevron at the start of a row to expand it and read every column you have not selected — this is the quickest way to see a lead’s Notes without opening the form.
The action menu
Hover over a row to reveal the three-dot menu at its far left:
- Edit — open the lead form (16.4) with the record filled in.
- Delete — remove the lead after a Confirm Delete prompt.
- Create Client — shown only while the lead has no client linked to it (see 16.6).
Searching
Type in the Enter Keyword box to filter as you type. The search looks across every column, including the names shown for Client Type, Lead Status, Lead Source and Client. When you type more than one word, a lead matching any of the words is shown. Click the × in the box to clear the search.
