The Lead Status list is a fixed set shared by all PSS companies. Each status is shown as a badge in the table:
- Open - Not Contacted (green) — the default for a new lead; nobody has reached out yet.
- Working - Contacted (amber) — you have made contact and the conversation is active.
- Closed - Converted (blue) — the prospect became a client. PSS sets this automatically when you use Create Client (16.6).
- Closed - Not Converted (grey) — the prospect did not sign up.
To move a lead along, open it with Edit, change Lead Status, and click Save.
