The Client Portal is a paid add-on that gives your clients a branded website where they can see visits and invoices, pay, save payment methods and request work. This panel is where you buy it and configure it; Section 21 documents every step, so only the map is repeated here.
Before you buy, the panel shows a locked preview of the settings and a Purchase module button. Once the module is active it has four tabs:
- General — your portal address (a subdomain of poolportal.app, checked for availability with Check), What Clients Can See switches for each portal section, and Brand Colors.
- Home Page — the welcome screen: logo, mission, video, contact information, social media links and team members.
- Portal Access — invite clients, and disable, reactivate or revoke access per client. This is also where you see how many of your client slots are in use.
- Client Welcome — the invitation Email, SMS Text and WhatsApp messages sent from Portal Access.
