Completed service visits, in a list on the left with the detail on the right. Search Visits and a Filters button narrow the list — by Property, Date Range and Work Type (Service Route or Job), with Apply Filters and Reset.
Visits appear here as soon as your technician completes them in the PSS mobile app, so a client can check what was done without calling the office.
Selecting a visit opens the full record, with PDF and Print buttons:
- General — who completed it, start and finish times, the property name and address, and the manager’s name and contact details.
- Tech Comment — any note the technician left for the client, such as “Please do not swim for 1 hour.”
- Readings — the water tests taken on site: LSI, Free and Total Chlorine, pH, Bromine, Cyanuric Acid, Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, Filter Pressure and TDS.
- Dosages — what was added and how much, for example Liquid Chlorine 2 gal.
Further down, the visit shows the photos and the work that was carried out:
- The readings continue with Water Temperature and Weather.
- Before Media Items and After Media Items — photos the technician took on site. Each reads — No Before Media — or — No After Media — when none were taken, so the client can tell the difference between “no photo” and a photo that failed to load.
- Checklist — the service tasks, each ticked off: cleaned filters, emptied baskets, vacuumed, brushed, emptied the leaf catcher, used the blower.
- Extra Items — any chargeable items added during the visit, with the amount and the invoice they were billed on. Shows No extra items when there were none.
Note: This is the same visit record your office sees in Visit History (Section 7 — Visit History), minus anything your Display Options hide. It is often the fastest way to answer “did you come out, and what did you do?” — the client can check for themselves.
Rating a visit
If Client Reviews is switched on (Settings → Client Reviews, Section 13), the visit’s action row also carries your rating question — for example “How was your experience with us?” — with three emoji: happy, neutral and unhappy. Tapping one opens Leave Feedback with that emoji already chosen and an optional comment; Send Feedback submits it. What the client has already left is shown in a Your Feedback field on the visit, and a client can rate the same visit more than once. The same prompt appears in the header of an open invoice (29.4). A disabled client sees the emoji greyed out.
