Home is the landing page. The left column is the client’s own account; the right column is the About Us panel you built on the Home Page tab.
The left column holds four cards:
- Outstanding Balance — the total they owe, split into Overdue and Due Soon, with Pay All ($amount) and View All Invoices buttons. Pay All shows the total it would pay and is greyed out when nothing is owed.
- Upcoming Jobs — work booked ahead, with the date, property and technician, and a count beside the heading. A job appears here once the client has approved the quote and your office has put it on the schedule (see 29.9).
- Recent Visits — the most recent completed service visits, each showing the date, property, technician and finish time, with View All Visits below.
- Recent Work Requests — their latest requests with the status, desired start date and your reply, with View All Work Requests below.
The right column is the About Us panel, and it shows whatever you filled in on the Home Page tab (21.9), in this order:
- your logo, at the top of the panel;
- Company Mission — your statement about the business;
- your video, if you added one, as a player the client presses to watch. It does not autoplay and has no sound until they start it;
- Contact — your phone, email, street address and website, whichever of them you filled in;
- Social Media — one icon per network you gave a link for, each opening in a new tab;
- your team, grouped as Admins, Managers and Our Technicians, with a photo or initials for each person.
Anything you left blank is simply absent — the client never sees an empty heading. People you hid on the Home Page tab do not appear here at all, and people whose photo you hid appear as a circle with their initials.
Note: The initials circle is also the automatic fallback. If a team member has no photo, or their stored photo cannot be loaded for any reason, the portal draws their initials instead. A client never sees a broken image in About Us.
