The list shows Invoice ID, Title, Amount, Paid, Balance, Issue Date, Status, and a Pay Now link on anything unpaid. Above it:
- All / Paid / Unpaid filters and a date range.
- Search invoice.
- Bulk Payment (n) — tick several invoices and pay them in one go. The button counts what is ticked and stays greyed out until at least one is.
- Billing Statement — opens a Generate Billing Statement dialog with From and To dates. Generate produces a PDF statement of every transaction in that period (up to three years), whatever the list is currently filtered to.
Status tells them where each invoice stands — Paid, Unpaid, Written Off, Due today, Due in N days, or N days overdue in red.
Note: Only invoices you have actually sent appear here. An invoice still in Draft is invisible to the client, so you can prepare billing without them seeing it.
Clicking the Invoice ID opens the invoice:
- PDF and Print for their records.
- Signup for AutoPay with a link to add a payment method.
- Balance and a Pay Online button.
- Your business address, their address, the dates, the line items, and Subtotal / Payment / Amount Due.
