Take Photos and Videos

Photos prove the work was done. They also help stop problems before they start.

  1. In Final Step, tap Photo or Video.
  2. Under Choose Source:, tap From Camera or From Gallery.
  3. Under Choose Type:, pick Before Service, After Service or Review Office.
  4. Tap Take Photo (or Choose Photo(s), Record Video, Choose Video).
  5. Take the photo or video. It shows under Final Step.
  6. To remove one, tap it and confirm.

Note: Your office may allow camera photos only. Then From Gallery is hidden. Each photo or video can be up to 50 MB.
