The Routes screen shows your stops for the day, in order. Work them from top to bottom.
- Tap ☰ → Routes. Your stops for today open.
- Check the date at the top. Tap the left or right arrow to see another day, or tap the date to pick one from the calendar.
- Look at each stop. The number shows the stop order. Jobs show on the list too.
- Tap Map to see your stops on a map. Tap List to go back.
A stop can show one of these labels:
- Done: the visit is finished.
- Skipped: you skipped the stop and gave a reason (see 30.9).
- Done Off Schedule: the visit was done on a day it was not planned.
- No Service This Week: the pool is not due this week (for example, an every-other-week pool).
Get directions to a stop:
- Tap the stop to open it.
- Tap Directions, or tap the address. Your maps app opens with the route.
To choose the maps app, tap ☰ → Settings → Navigation App and pick Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze Maps. (Apple Maps is only on iPhone.)
Call the client:
- Open the stop.
- Tap Actions, then Call Client.
- Choose Call Phone, Call Mobile or Send Text.
Note: You see Call Client only if your office turned on Allow Client Phone Access for you (see 8.8). If you don’t see it, use Notify Office instead.
