Configuring the Metrics

The nine metrics are not fixed—you choose which one appears in each position, and your choice applies to every client’s profile for your whole company, not just the one you are looking at.

To change the metrics:

  1. Click the gear icon in the profile header.
  2. In the Configuration window, you will see Section 1, Section 2, and Section 3, each with a Top, Middle, and Bottom drop-down.
  3. Pick the metric you want for each position from the drop-down (the full list is in 1.5).
  4. Click Save. The header updates for all clients.

The default layout is:

  • Section 1: Invoices LTM, Dosages LTM, Time on Site LTM.
  • Section 2: Open Invoices, Open Jobs, Recurring Invoices.
  • Section 3: Recurring Jobs, Most Stops, Service Days.
