Click any client in the Client Profiles view to open their profile. The profile has two parts: a header across the top with at-a-glance metrics, and a row of tabs beneath it for the detail.
The header shows:
- The client’s display name and client type, with an active badge when the client’s status is Active (inactive clients show no badge).
- Three sections of metrics—nine numbers in total—summarizing the account (see 1.5).
- A Client Portal icon (the globe with a padlock), which opens the Client Portal window for this client (see Section 21).
- A gear icon, which opens the Configuration window for choosing which metrics appear (see 1.6).
- Previous and Next buttons (top-right), each labelled with the neighbouring client’s name, to move between clients without returning to the list.
Beneath the header are six tabs:
- Profile — contact details, payment methods, overall rating, and notes (see 1.7).
- Properties — every property belonging to the client (see 1.8).
- Work Requests — jobs the client has asked for through the Client Portal (see 1.9).
- Work Items — routes, jobs, recurring work, and shopping items, grouped by property (see 1.10).
- Visit History — completed service visits across the client’s properties (see 1.11).
- Invoicing — every invoice and recurring charge for the client (see 1.12).
