The metrics in the profile header turn a client’s account into nine numbers you can read in a glance—what they owe, what work is open, how much time their pools take, and more. They are arranged in three sections: Section 1 on the left, Section 2 in the middle, and Section 3 on the right. Each section stacks three metrics (Top, Middle, Bottom).
Several metrics are measured LTM, meaning Last Twelve Months—a rolling window of the past year, not the calendar year.
The metrics you can display are:
- Invoices LTM — total amount invoiced to the client in the last 12 months.
- Dosages LTM — total cost of the chemicals dosed at the client’s properties (on service routes and jobs) in the last 12 months.
- Time on Site LTM — total time technicians spent on site, on service routes and jobs, in the last 12 months, shown as HH:MM hrs.
- Open Invoices — the total dollar value and number of invoices that are not yet paid (draft, sent, or late), shown as $ amount (count).
- Open Jobs — the total value and number of jobs that are not yet complete (draft, requested, scheduled, or missed).
- Recurring Invoices — the total value and number of the client’s active recurring invoice templates.
- Recurring Jobs — the total value and number of the client’s active recurring job templates.
- Most Stops — the technician who has serviced this client most often in the last 12 months, with their stop count.
- Least Stops — the technician who has serviced this client least often in the last 12 months, with their stop count.
- Service Days — the day(s) of the week the client’s properties are serviced (for example, Tue).
- Skipped Routes — the number of service route stops that were skipped in the last 12 months.
- Open Shopping List — the total value and number of open shopping-list items for the client.
- Assigned Tech — the technician(s) assigned to the client’s properties.
- Last Payment — the amount and date of the client’s most recent payment.
- Service Visits Done LTM — the number of completed service visits in the last 12 months.
- Jobs Done LTM — the number of completed jobs in the last 12 months.
Note: Metrics that have no data yet show a dash (–) or $0.00 (0) rather than being hidden, so an empty value is normal for a brand-new client.
