The Work Items tab gathers everything you are doing for the client, grouped by property, so you can see all open and recurring work in one place. Use Expand All / Collapse All to open or close every property at once.
Within each property, work is grouped into panels, each with its own Add button and running total:
- Service Routes — the recurring visits for the property, showing the day, the assigned technician, and the stop number. The service frequency (for example, Every Week) is shown alongside.
- Open Jobs — one-off jobs not yet complete, each with its value and status (for example, a Missed badge).
- Recurring Jobs — job templates that generate jobs on a schedule.
- Open Shopping Items — shopping-list items for the property.
- Open Extra Items — additional billable items.
