Master Tech Mode

Master Tech Mode is for lead technicians. It lets you see and work the routes and jobs of all technicians, not just your own. Use it to cover a sick day, train a new tech or help on a busy day.

Your office must turn on Enable as Master Tech for you first (see 8.8). Then:

  1. Tap ☰ → Settings.
  2. Turn on Master Tech Mode.
  3. Tap ☰ → Sync and tap Sync to load all routes.
  4. Tap ☰ → Routes. You now see the routes and jobs for all technicians.

Note: With Master Tech Mode off, you can’t open a stop that belongs to another technician. The app shows Master tech mode is DISABLED and another tech is assigned to this property. Turn the mode off again when you go back to your own route.
