The Property List view (the building icon) shows every property in one sortable table. Because work, routing, and reporting all happen at the property level, this list is often the quickest way to find a specific pool or review service details across your whole book of business.
- The title shows the total count, for example Property List (10).
- Search property… filters the table as you type.
- Add Property opens the Add Property form (see 1.8); here you choose the Client yourself.
- The default columns are Client, Property Type, Address, and Manager; all are sortable, and the column picker lets you add more.
- Each row’s … menu offers Follow, Edit, and Delete.
Click the expand arrow at the start of a row to open the property’s full record, showing every column you have not added to the table, including:
- Property Name, Alternate Contact Info, and the alternate contact’s Alt Cnt Name, Alt Cnt Phone #, and Alt Cnt Email.
- Acquired Date, Service Start Date, Service End Date, Service Frequency, and Revenue.
- Notes for Technician and Notes for Management (Only).
- Send Visit Email? and Send Visit Text? preferences.
- Advertising Source.
- Pool details—Pool Volume, Bather Load, and Salt Pool.
- Tech Pay (Service Routes), Calculation Method, and Pay Amount per Visit.
- The alternate contact’s notification preferences (Alt Cnt Visit/Job Reports, Alt Cnt Job Quotes, Alt Cnt On My Way, Alt Cnt Tech Display (Mobile)).
- Created on and Modified on.
The expanded record also holds the property’s Tags and All Equipment Media, with each piece of equipment and its photos or videos. Click Manage Equipment to view, add, or update the equipment on site.
