The Subscription page is organized into three tabs across the top:
- Subscription Plan — your current plan, usage, payment method, and the plan selector.
- Billing History — past payments and downloadable receipts.
- Contact Support — a form to reach the PSS team, plus the Cancel Subscription and Off Season Plan buttons.
The Subscription Plan tab opens first and shows two summary cards at the top:
- Usage card (left) — the name of your current plan (or Free Subscription) and Properties Used: X / Y, with a progress bar. If you have purchased add-on modules, a Current Modules line lists them.
- Payment summary card (right) — Last Payment, Next Payment, your Payment Method (with a See Details link to view the saved card and a Change Card link), and Last Invoice with a Download link. When no card is saved, this card reads No Payment Method Found with an Add Card link.
Above the cards, a Next button sits in the top-right of the tab. It stays greyed out until you select a plan or an add-on module, and then opens the checkout window (see 5.5).
Billing notices at the top of the screen
PSS also tells you about billing problems outside this page. A red notice bar at the top of every admin screen appears when something needs your attention:
- Subscription is expired. — your paid period has ended (and any grace period is over), or a Free account is over its limits (see 5.4).
- Subscription is expired - N days left in the grace period. — a paid plan has passed its renewal date; you have a short grace window (five days) to sort out payment before access is restricted.
- Your subscription payment failed. Please update your card to keep your account active. — a renewal charge did not go through. Managers see an Update payment method link that opens the invoice so you can pay it and replace the card in one step (see 5.11).
- Subscription limit exceeded, each unique property serviced will have an extra charge of $3. — you are servicing more properties than your plan covers (see 5.9).
- The card on file for your subscription has expired — update your card before the next renewal (see 5.11).
Note: While a renewal payment is being retried, your access continues as normal — you are not cut off. Update the card and the retry will succeed on its own.
