Purchasing the Software (Initial Purchase)

When your free trial ends—or whenever you are ready to move from the Free plan to a paid plan—use the purchase flow:

  1. Open Subscription & Billing from the top-left profile menu.
  2. On the Subscription Plan tab, choose Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Click Upgrade on the plan that matches your property count. The card turns green and shows Selected, and the Next button (top-right) becomes active.
  4. (Optional) Add any Add-on Modules you want.
  5. Click Next to open the Payment Method window.

  1. In the Payment Method window, enter your card details:
    • Name on Card
    • Card Number
    • Expiration Date (MM / YY)
    • CVC
    • VAT Number (optional)
    • Coupon Code (optional; monthly plans only)
  2. Review the order summary on the right: Base Subscription, the plan with its billing cycle and price (e.g. Dive In (Monthly) $49.99/Month; a yearly plan shows the full annual amount), any modules and activation fees, and Total due today.
  3. Click Pay and Finish to complete the purchase. A Congratulations window confirms the purchase and tells you a confirmation email has been sent.

Note: By clicking Pay and Finish you agree that your plan renews automatically using the card you provide, and that you accept the PSS Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Note: The Coupon Code box is only offered on monthly plans; it does not appear when an annual (Yearly) plan is selected.

Already have a card on file? When a payment card is already saved, Next opens a shorter Checkout window instead: there are no card fields, just the order summary and Pay and Finish, and the saved card is charged. To pay with a different card, change the card first (see 5.11).
