The dropdown above the cards sets how far back PSS looks. It defaults to Today and offers Last 2 days, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 60 days and Last 90 days. Changing it refreshes every card, the All Events total and any open detail list immediately. The window is measured in your company’s local time and starts at midnight on the first day.
Note: Three event types are point-in-time rather than historical, so the date filter does not apply to them and is greyed out while their list is open: Equipments (a warranty is expired or it is not), Late Invoices (an invoice is late or it is not) and Low Inventory (stock is low right now). Their counts are the same whatever window you pick.
