If your business does not use some event types — you may not track equipment warranties or stock counts — you can hide those cards so the ones that matter stand out. Click the gear icon to open Configuration Options.
- Under Events to Show, click the × on any event type tag to hide it, or open the dropdown to add one back.
- Click Apply Filters. PSS saves the selection for your company, confirms with Configuration saved successfully, and returns to the cards. If you hid the event type whose list was open, the detail area is cleared.
- To show all ten types again, click Clear, which reselects everything and saves.
Note: Unlike the funnel filters, this choice is saved with your company settings, so every user who opens the Control Center sees the same set of cards. Hiding a card does not delete its rules — they are still there when you show the card again, and they still drive notifications.
