Each card shows a count of records that matched at least one rule of that type within the selected time window. The ten event types are:
- Readings — service route visits where a water-chemistry reading (or LSI, FAC factor, or any reading) met a rule: above or below a value, present or missing, missing for a number of days, or changed by a percentage since the previous visit at that property.
- Dosages — service route visits where the dosage cost, the visit’s total chemical cost, or a dosage quantity met a rule.
- Short Visits — route visits or job visits whose start-to-finish duration was shorter than your limit, in minutes or as a percentage of the estimate.
- Long Visits — route visits or job visits whose duration was longer than your limit, in minutes or as a percentage of the estimate.
- Missed Work — jobs with status Missed, route visits the technician skipped, and purchased shopping items that were never installed.
- Too Far Away — visits where the technician’s GPS location at check-in or check-out was farther from the property than your distance limit.
- Equipments — equipment whose warranty expires within, or expired more than, a number of days, or whose status is Active, Down or Disposed.
- Late Invoices — invoices in the Late status (past due with a balance owing) that are more than a set number of days late.
- Low Inventory — catalog items with Track Inventory turned on whose stock count has fallen to or below your threshold.
- Office Notifications — a technician’s Notify Office message, a client viewing or approving a job, an attention item marked on a visit, or a visit with a media (photo/video) count that meets a rule.
Cards are colour-coded by family so related types sit together:
- Blue — Readings, Dosages
- Green — Short Visits, Long Visits
- Orange — Missed Work, Office Notifications
- Black — Too Far Away, Low Inventory
- Teal — Equipments
- Red — Late Invoices
Below the cards, All Events is the sum of every visible card. When you click a card it fills with its colour to show which list is open on the right.
Note: A card can only ever count what its rules describe. The Readings and Dosages cards ship with no rules, so they read 0 until you add one (see 10.9). Every other card comes with sensible starter rules that you can change or delete.
