Announcements is PSS’s built-in email broadcast tool. It lets you write one email and send it to a group of your clients — or to your own team — without exporting a mailing list or paying for a separate email service. Because PSS already knows which clients are active, which day each service route runs, which technician serves whom, and which tags you have applied, you can target exactly the right people in a few clicks.
Typical uses are a holiday closure notice, a weather delay, a price adjustment, a “no service this week” message, or a reminder to your team.
Note: Announcements is available to the Admin, Manager, Company Admin and Company Manager roles. Technicians do not see it. The entry also disappears from the sidebar while your subscription is expired and returns when it is renewed.
