- Up to 10 properties and up to 10 clients. It’s a hard cap — there is no overage on Free.
- Every property counts, not just the ones you service. Archive properties you no longer use.
- Same core features as the paid plans: the mobile app, clients and properties, jobs and quotes, service routes, visit reports, invoicing and payments.
- Add-on modules (such as the Client Portal or a dedicated text-message number) can still be purchased on Free.
- Going over the limit restricts parts of the app until you upgrade or get back under 10.
