How do I turn visit reports on or off? – PSS Help Center

For everyone at once: go to Settings → Messages → Visit Completed and tick Automatic Reports to stop reports going out automatically when a technician completes a visit (see 13.7). You can still send a report by hand from Visit History.
For one property: edit the property and set Send Visit Email, Send Visit SMS (and Send Visit WhatsApp, if enabled) (see 1.8).
For many properties: export your properties, change the Send Visit Email / Send Visit Text columns to YES or NO, and import the file back (see Section 18).
