- Auto Pay runs once a day.
- It charges invoices that are Sent or Late, have a balance, and have reached their due date — never before.
- It charges the client’s Primary saved card or bank account (see 1.7).
- Auto Pay Invoice Type on the client decides which invoices qualify: recurring only, one-off only, or both.
- If a charge fails, PSS tries again on later days, up to four attempts in total.
Auto Pay requires Stripe to be connected (see 6.3).
