- PSS sends text messages (visit reports, invoice and job notices) to clients’ mobile numbers. Each message includes a link to the full report, where clients see the visit photos.
- For a branded sender, add the Dedicated Text Message Number module (see 5.4).
- WhatsApp Business can deliver the same messages through your own WhatsApp number (see Section 13).
- Clients with Client Portal access can see their visit history and photos, and send you work requests with attachments (see Section 29).
