The Contact Support tab opens a Contact Us form so you can reach the PSS team without leaving the billing screen.
- Open Subscription & Billing → Contact Support.
- Fill in the form:
- Full Name (required)
- Email Address (required)
- Mobile Phone (required) — digits only, 10 to 15 digits, with an optional leading +.
- Frequency (required) — how often the issue occurs: Easily Reproducible, One Time, Intermittent, or Not Applicable.
- Description — tell us about your question or issue.
- Click Submit.
Cancel Subscription lives here. If you have an active paid subscription, a red Cancel Subscription button also appears below the form. This is where you go to cancel your plan (see 5.10). While a cancellation is pending, the button is replaced by Keep My Subscription.
Off-Season Plan
If your business slows down for part of the year, the Off Season Plan button (also below the Contact Us form) lets you pause most of your bill without giving up your account. It is offered only when you are on a monthly Ripple Effect or Wave Maker plan that is active and not scheduled to cancel; Dive In, yearly plans and Free accounts do not see the button.
Clicking it opens Off-Season Plan Details & Confirmation, which explains the terms:
- Restrictions apply to completing service routes and jobs.
- All other software features stay available (invoicing, managing work items, and so on).
- Each plan has a base count of properties (starting from 10) that can be serviced at no additional cost — 10% of your plan’s limit.
- Service visits completed above your base count in the billing cycle are charged $6.50 per property serviced in that cycle.
- The off-season plan begins on your next billing cycle; the date is shown in the window.
Click Yes, enable Off-Season to schedule it. The Subscription Plan tab then shows an OFF-SEASON PLAN IS ENABLED panel in place of the plan selector, with the scheduled start date, and plan changes are locked until you end it.
To come back, click Cancel Off-Season (before it has started) or End Off-Season (once it is running). If the off-season plan is already running you choose how to end it: End Immediately starts a new regular billing cycle today, or End at Billing Cycle End returns you to your regular plan when the current cycle finishes.
Note: The off-season plan is meant for genuinely quiet periods. If your off-season bill—half the regular price plus $6.50 per extra property—would work out more than 20% higher than your regular plan, PSS ends the off-season plan automatically and returns you to regular pricing.
