The widget loads its data when the page opens and again whenever you change the search text, a filter, the date range, the sort order or the page. It does not refresh on its own, so if technicians are still uploading visits for the day, reload the page (or change a filter) to see the latest costs. Saving Widget Settings also reloads the table so that new thresholds and the pool volume unit take effect immediately.
Dosage costs on visits are priced when the visit is saved; the Dashboard also prices any visit in the range that has not been priced yet the first time it is loaded. If you change a chemical’s cost under Settings → Visit Tasks & Costs, visits that were already priced keep their previous cost until they are next saved; the Dashboard does not re-price them.
