The Dashboard is the first screen an office user sees after signing in to PSS. Today it holds a single widget, Dosage Costs & Invoicing, which answers one question for every property you service: how much did we spend on chemicals here, and how does that compare to what we bill?
For each property the widget shows the pool volume, the revenue you have recorded for the property, the cost of the chemicals your technicians dosed during the selected date range, and that cost normalized per unit of pool volume. It highlights properties whose chemical spend crosses the thresholds you set, and it lets you turn those dosage costs into invoices for the selected properties in one action.
Note: The Dashboard is available to the Admin, Manager, Company Admin and Company Manager roles. Technicians who sign in to the web app land on their own home page instead (a seven-day summary of their visits, jobs and dosage cost, plus the mobile app download links); they do not see this Dashboard.
