Which properties are listed
The table lists every property that belongs to an active client and has not been deleted. A property that is inactive or has been deleted still appears if it has dosage costs recorded inside the selected date range, so nothing you dosed and might want to bill disappears from the list.
Columns
- Client / property (first column) — the client’s name in bold, the property name if one is set, and the property address. Each row has a checkbox used to select it for invoicing.
- Pool Volume — the property’s pool volume with its unit. When no volume is recorded the cell shows a warning icon and Not set. A pencil icon lets you enter or change the volume without leaving the Dashboard (see 11.7).
- Monthly Revenue (or Revenue for multi-month ranges) — the property’s recorded revenue for the period, in your company currency. A dash means no revenue has been entered.
- Dosage Cost — total chemical cost for the period. Underneath, in smaller text, PSS shows what that is as a percentage of the revenue (12.5% of revenue). The figure turns red when it exceeds your Dosage Cost Alert Threshold (see 11.6).
- Cost / Volume — the dosage cost normalized to a fixed pool volume, so a small spa and a large commercial pool can be compared fairly. Beneath the amount PSS shows the basis, for example per 10,000 gal. The cell shows a dash when the property has no pool volume or no dosage cost. The figure turns red when it reaches your Cost per Volume Alert Threshold.
Sorting and paging
Click any column header to sort the whole list (not just the visible page) by that column; click again to reverse the order. Sorting applies across all pages. The table shows 10 properties per page; when there are more, pagination controls appear below it.
Note: The Sort Dosage Cost By setting (see 11.6) changes what happens when you sort on the Dosage Cost column. With Amount, the sort uses the currency figure; with Percent, it uses the percentage of revenue, which is usually the better way to find the properties that are eating into their margin.
The summary row
The footer of the table totals the current filtered list (all pages, not only the page on screen):
- The number of clients and the number of properties in the list.
- N missing — how many properties have no pool volume recorded and therefore no Cost / Volume figure. Shown only when at least one is missing.
- Total revenue for the period.
- Total dosage cost, followed by its percentage of total revenue in parentheses.
- avg cost per volume across the properties that have both a pool volume and a dosage cost.
