The More Action menu in the action bar holds three options:
- Print — open your browser’s print dialog for the visit.
- PDF — download the visit as a PDF you can save or attach.
- Delete — permanently remove the visit, including its readings and media.
Print and PDF first open a Display Options window so you can choose what the output includes. Tick or untick Show Company Name (Text), Show Geo-location Map, Show Readings, Show Dosages, Show Tech Comments, Show Checklist Items, Show Before Media Items, Show After Media Items, Show Review Media Items, Show Media Source Tags, and Show Extra Items, then click Next. The boxes start out matching what your visit report emails are set to show.
Note: Delete cannot be undone—a confirmation asks you to be sure. For a job visit, Delete is disabled while the job is closed (Reopen the job before deleting this visit); reopen the job in Jobs & Quotes first (see 3). If you only need to give the client a copy, use Send Visit (see 7.6) instead.
