Switch to the List view with the list icon beside the page title to see every visit as a sortable, spreadsheet-style table instead of the side-by-side list and detail pane. It is built for scanning and comparing many visits at once—sorting by date, filtering by client or technician, and even adding chemistry columns to compare readings across visits. The title changes to Visit History List, and the summary metric cards are hidden (they appear in Side-by-side view only).
Filtering and searching
A filter bar runs across the top of the table:
- Search visit… — type to filter the table. The Has All / Has Any toggle beside it controls a multi-word search: Has Any (the default) keeps a visit if any word matches, while Has All keeps it only if every word matches.
- All Clients — limit the table to one or more clients.
- All Techs — limit it to one or more technicians.
- From date / To date — bracket the period.
The Count above the table shows how many visits match, and long lists are paged 20 at a time using the controls at the bottom right.
Note: The full Filters panel (work type, property type, job types, tags, cost, and ratings—see 7.9) is opened from the Side-by-side view. Filters you apply there stay in effect when you switch to List view, and the search box and count are shared between the two views.
Sorting and choosing columns
Click any column heading to sort by it; click again to reverse the order. The default columns are Client Name, Work Type (with the type and status icons from 7.2), Service Time, Finish Time, Property, and Tech (Completed work).
You decide which columns appear. Click the column icon at the top-right of the table (next to Expand all) to open the column picker, then tick the columns you want. Drag a column by its handle to reorder it, or use the pin to keep it in view while you scroll sideways (up to two columns can be pinned at a time).
The columns are grouped so you can surface exactly what you need:
- General — Client Name, Work Type, Service Time, Finish Time, Property, Tech (Completed work), Tech (Assigned), Skipped, Skipped Reason, and Tech Comment.
- Readings — any of your company’s water-chemistry readings as its own column (Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, pH, Salt, Alkalinity, and so on), so you can compare a value across many visits at a glance.
- Dosages — the amount of each chemical dosed.
- Checklist Items — each checklist item, shown as Done or Pending.
Note: Sorting by a reading, dosage, or checklist column works on a narrowed list. If the current result set is too large, the table falls back to Service Time order and tells you to narrow the date range or filters first.
Expanding a row
Click the arrow at the start of a row to expand an inline preview of that visit—its map (click See Visit on Map for the full map), check-in and check-out, start, finish, and duration, readings, dosages, checklist items, skipped reason, tech comment, and before/after/review media—without leaving the table. Expand all (top-right) opens every row’s preview at once, and becomes Collapse all to close them.
Click View Full Details in the preview to open the visit’s complete record in a Visit Details window—the same detail described in 7.5, with the same Edit, Send Visit, and More Action controls.
Row actions
The … menu at the start of each row repeats the visit’s actions so you can act on it without opening it first:
- View Details — open the full visit record (the same as View Full Details).
- Edit — change the visit’s details.
- Send Visit — email or text the report to the client (see 7.6).
- Delete — permanently remove the visit, after a confirmation. For a job visit this is disabled while the job is closed.
