Visit History is the running record of every service visit your team has completed—proof that a pool was actually serviced, by whom, when, and what was done while they were on site. Where a route tells you a stop is scheduled and a job tells you work is planned, a visit is the record of work that has already happened.
Most visits land here automatically. Every time a technician finishes a service route stop or completes a job in the field, PSS closes out that work and files it in Visit History with the time on site, any readings and chemicals logged, photos taken, and the technician’s notes. Skipped service route stops are recorded here too, with the reason the technician gave. You can also add a visit by hand for work that was done off the books.
This makes Visit History the place to:
- Confirm a property was serviced and see exactly when and by which technician.
- Review what happened on a visit—readings, dosages, photos, and notes.
- Spot trends in a property’s water chemistry and chemical use over time.
- Answer a client’s “did you come out?” question with a dated, documented record.
- Re-send a visit report to a client, or print or save one as a PDF.
To open it, click Visit History in the left-hand menu, under Work Management.
Note: The Visit History page is available to the Admin, Manager, Company Admin, and Company Manager roles. Technicians record visits from the mobile app but do not see this page in the web app.
