The three cards along the top summarize recent activity so you can gauge your team’s output at a glance:
- Avg Dosage Costs — the average cost of chemicals dosed per visit.
- Avg Time Spent — the average time technicians spent on site per visit, shown as Hh MMm.
- Total Visits — the number of completed visits.
Each card covers a rolling window of days ending today (the blue 7 days badge shows the current setting) and breaks its figure into two rows: one for service route visits and one for job visits. The — 0.0% beside each figure is the change versus the previous period of the same length, so you can see whether a number is trending up or down.
Note: A brand-new account, or one with no visits in the chosen window, shows $0.00, 0h 00m, or 0 with a 0.0% change. Empty values like these are normal until visits start landing.
You control the time window for each card. Click the gear icon at the top-right of the metrics row to open Configure Metrics, then set the number of Days (1 to 30) for Average Dosage Cost, Average Time Spent, and Total Completed, and click Apply. The setting lasts for your current visit to the page; it resets to 7 days the next time you open Visit History.
Note: The metrics follow some of your filters. When you filter the list by Client, Technicians, or a Date Range (see 7.9), the three cards recalculate for that same slice, so the header and the list beneath it always describe the same visits.
