When you are looking for specific visits—everything a technician did last week, or every emergency call for one client—use the filter icon (the funnel) above the list. It opens a Filters panel in place of the list with these options:
- Work Type — All Work Types, Service Route Visits, Job Visits, or Skipped Service Routes.
- Date Range — a From Date and To Date to bracket the period.
- Client — one or more clients.
- Property Type — one or more property types (for example, Residential or Commercial).
- Technicians — one or more technicians.
- Job Types — one or more job types, or No Job Types. Because only jobs have a job type, picking one hides service route visits.
- Tags — one or more tags, or No Tags. Matches visits whose property carries the tag; for job visits, a tag on the job itself also matches.
- Visit Cost Range — a From and To dollar amount, to find visits by their chemical cost.
- Client Ratings — one or more client ratings (Happy, Neutral, Unhappy—for example, only the unhappy ones).
- Ratings with responses only — a toggle to show only visits whose rating includes a written comment.
The two rating filters appear only when Client Reviews is turned on for your company. A Sorting section below the filters sets the Sort By field (any sortable list column, such as Service Time or Client Name) and the direction (Ascending or Descending); the list is in most-recent-first order by default.
Set the filters you want, then click Apply Filter. Reset clears the filters and the search box, and Cancel closes the panel without changing the list. The count above the list updates to reflect what matches, and the summary metrics recalculate for any client, technician, or date filter you set (see 7.3).
Note: A client’s completed visits also appear on their profile, under the Visit History tab (see 1.10). That tab is scoped to a single client; this section is the company-wide view across every property.
