When your list has built up, the ⋮ (More options) menu at the top of the list clears it out quickly:
- Mark all as read — marks every notification in the list read.
- Dismiss all — removes every notification from the list.
- Dismiss all read — removes only the notifications you’ve already read, leaving unread ones in place.
None of these ask for confirmation, but dismissing is reversible. After you dismiss, an Undo message appears in the bottom-right corner for about five seconds (for example, 3 notifications dismissed); click Undo to bring the notification (or notifications) back. You can also press Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on a Mac) to undo your most recent dismiss, even after the message has gone.
Note: Dismissing hides a notification from your list—it doesn’t delete the underlying job, visit, or record it points to.
