Work Requests are job inquiries your clients submit from the Client Portal (section 21). They are separate from Requested jobs — a Requested job is a technician’s request from the mobile app — and they do not appear in the Jobs Requested header stat. Open Work Requests under Work Management in the sidebar to triage them.
- Search client or address… and the client picker narrow the list to one client’s requests.
- The status buttons All, Open, In Progress, and Closed each show a count.
- The table columns are Requested On, Client, Property, Client Request, Internal Note, Desired Date, and Status. Rows load twenty at a time as you scroll.
Click a row to open the request. From there you can reply to the client, keep an Internal Note, change the status, and book work against it: the + control beside Attached Job(s) offers Add Job (opens the Add Job form pre-filled for that client and property) and Attach Existing Job. A Manage Service Routes button lets you set up a service route for the property instead.
When no requests exist, the page reads No work requests to show.
Note: Work Requests are part of the Client Portal module. Without it, the page shows a Purchase Module banner and the table is locked.
